About Blitz Conditioning

This class will knock your socks off “literally” visualize a one-on-one session with your Personal Trainer  if you were limited to one workout a week – your Trainer would give you a “Blitz Conditioning” session; everything and anything goes – strength, endurance, aerobic, anaerobic, TRX, balance, agility, core, yoga, co-ordination…. (60-minutes)

Intermediate to Advanced welcome

*note this class will start at a “beginner” level and move into an intermediate level by week 4
