Get Back on Track (1-3 sessions)

Maybe you just need a few sessions with a personal trainer to get you back on track…. That’s what this training program is all about. This introductory program is for individuals with some previous exercise experience who just need that extra push to get started.

 

In some situations we are able to offer 30-minute sessions. Typically, this is for refreshing a pre-existing program.
