About our Group Training Programs

These sessions are one trainer with 3-5 individuals.

Each individual with complete a solo assessment (blood pressure reading, body composition, cardiovascular test, strength test, flexibility test, and girth measurements).

Once the short and long-term goals are established for each client, the trainer will then guide each client through their individual programs and their group training programs.

Some groups choose to group train at all times and forgo learning individual routines.

Our most popular program is:

Group train 3x/week with trainer

Breakdown: 1x/week circuit train (focus is 2:1 strength/endurance)

1x/week flexibility & balance/co-ordination work

1x/week circuit train (focus is 1:2 strength/endurance)

 

Our objective at Nelly’s Executive Fitness is to help you achieve your dreams and your goals. To meet your training needs and to save $ on your personal training sessions; training with friends, co-workers or relatives is an excellent and affordable way. How often you meet with your personal trainer is completely up to you. Our trainers will meet with you and your partners 1-2-3x/week – you choose.

Savings:  each client saves 35% per session
