Core it out w Functional Movements – Simple, fun, doable, yet challenging. Core isolation exercises along with functional movements that fire up your core muscles on all cylinders! This class will have you laughing all the while sweating. Who knew exercise could be fun while gaining better posture, balance, co-ordination, flexibility and a toned up mid-section!


Iyengar – Yoga practice that emphasizes great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment, often with the use of props, as well as breath control. The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas (postures). Highly recommended for those wanting to learn more about proper alignment and seeking guidance. (used in all our Yoga classes)


Hatha – most forms of Yoga in the West can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical Yoga postures (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar and power Yoga). Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in the preparation for meditation.


TRX – overall strength and conditioning class using straps designed by the military; using partial or full body weight in suspension positions. TRX is a fantastic class to heighten your body awareness through functional movements. Beginner and experienced classes are offered.


20/20/20 – 3 fitness components x 20-minutes each; each week will change – just to keep you on your toes! Great for cross training. Also great for individuals who get bored and need new ideas.


Core it out with Yoga – Strong focus on overall core conditioning combined with Hatha Yoga. All levels of experience welcome.


Bootcamp – All encompassing every fitness component and energy blaster the body is screaming for! Strength, Balance, Agility, Endurance, Co-ordination Drills, Aerobic, Anaerobic, Sweat and more Sweat! This class will be geared for all fitness levels but come prepared to sweat and work hard!

is intended to help with accountability, motivational boost, offer support and introduce or further your knowledge of proper muscle groupings and body mechanics, prevention of overuse injuries and guarantee of receiving your daily stamp!
