About Spin With TRX 

Interval class using Spin bikes and Total Resistance Exercise straps designed by the Navy; class format is 3:3 (3-minutes spin:3-minutes resistance training) eventually kicking out a 3:2:1 format  – half of the participants are on the spinners while the other half are in the Yoga room using the TRX; the straps are used to support a percentage of your body weight while using the remaining weight as resistance  (60minutes)

Beginner to Advanced welcome
