We love yoga, you love yoga - everybody loves yoga! This lunchtime class is well-suited to those who need to let go of their work day and best of all their monkey minds. Every class offers participant variations in every asana - blocks and straps are recommended regardless of experience. Practicing Hatha with an Asthanga influence, we promise this traditional class will leave you feeling like putty! Namaste

 

Note: Personal Training programs have yoga Inspiration throughout. Asanas are implemented to improve one's balance, flexibility, circulation and focus. Breathing techniques are used to calm the mind, improve body awareness and heighten benefits of strength training.
